LOCATION: The course is held at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (formerly Hope Hospital)

FEES AND REGISTRATION: The Course is £150.00 per person, which includes all course materials, lunch and refreshments.

APPLICATIONS: Must be made on the attached booking form and accompanied by the appropriate fee. Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to Medi-Quest. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF BOOKING: Bookings will be acknowledged upon receipt, this is to acknowledge that we have received your booking. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We reserve the right to refuse bookings. All acknowledgments will be via email, therefore you must ensure you keep an up to date email account and that all details are correct on your application form. 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: We will indicate acceptance of your booking upon receipt of payment in full and subject to availability, and hence a contract between us, when we email you a confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATIONS: These must be in writing. 100% refunds will be made for cancellations received 28 days prior to the start date of the course, but a £25 booking deposit will be retained. For cancellations received 14 days prior to the date of the course 50% will be refunded, for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the start of the course or non attendance no refund will be issued.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The course is held in a busy Teaching Hospital and students should conduct themselves in a quiet and responsible manner at all times. The course is aimed at students who want to become a doctor and therefore we only accept bookings from applicants who would ultimately be fit to practice as outlined by guidance from the General Medical Council. The hospital site is a no-smoking site. Alcohol and prohibited substances are forbidden. Anyone found in possession of these items will be asked to leave without refund. Anti-social behavior, either inside or outside the lecture rooms will not be tolerated and in the interest of other students and staff, offenders will be asked to remove themselves without refund.

MEALS PROVIDED: We are unable to cater for specific diets; there will be a vegetarian option. We cannot guarantee that any of the food products will be nut or allergen free. Please let us know in advance so that we can try to cater.
